Located in a charming garden, this small house was built at the beginning of
the last century. Large garden with barbecue, pizza oven, lots of natural shade.

First Floor
The first floor has a large open dining room and living room (separated by a brick arch). From the living room, access to the first sleeping area : a small reading room with fireplace serves as a double bedroom (160cm wide bed can be converted to a twin) and a shower room. The bedroom opens on a large terrace overlooking the Trasimeno lake and the village. Two shower rooms, each with toilet. Also from the living room, access to another double bedroom (160cm wide bed). There is a sleeping couch for 2 children.
