"I Geranei" is a charming little house, a small villa, a "villino", nestled in the green of an environmentally protected area, set on a hill lying south-east of Lake Trasimeno.
Its terrace affords a breathtaking view of the Lake, Polvese Island, and the green Umbrian landscape.
The house is surrounded by 4,560 sq. m. of fenced land, in part garden, in part forest, with large shady oak trees. A dirt road leads to the small villa, located some 800 metres from the paved street.
From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the lake and the green Umbrian hills. Especially in the evening the panorama is beautiful.
