Country house divided into three independent living units situated on a hilltop overlooking the picturesque Tuscan landscape and Lake Trasimeno. Surrounded by the greens of the thriving farm, each living unit features private stone portico, garden, and parking.

A swimming-pool is at disposal of our guests (12 X 6 m.).

Parents, your children are safe: the garden is competely fenced.

• High Season: 15/03-29/03/2008 (Easter) and 28/06-30/08/2008 (Summer) and 20/12/2007-05/01/2008 (Christmas and New Year)
• Middle Season: 29/03-28/06/2008 and 30/08-27/09/2008
• Low Season: 05/01-15/03/2008 and 27/09-20/12/2008
