San Feliciano is an old fisherman village on Trasimeno Lake. In hilly position, with magnificent view of the lake, Polvese Isle and naturalistic oasis La Valle, the house is surrounded by woods and it's the ideal place for a relaxing holiday enjoying the beauty of this region all year long.

Both apartments have their own entrance, your privacy is guaranteed.
The apartments have two rooms with double bed: 4 persons. If you rent the two apartments, 8 persons can stay here.
There is a living with kitchen angle. The bathroom has a shower.
A swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. is available exclusively for our guests.
Both apartments have a terrace, so that you can always sit outside.
The house lies in a quiet, green area. You have a splendid panorama on the Lago Trasimeno. Especially the sunset is an unforgettable spectacle.
There is heating: € 80/week.
There is a common space with a wasmachine. (Small) animals are welcome.
There is TV with satellite antenna.
The guarantee amounts to € 200.
Umbria's main tourist attractions are within easy reach, as well as famous centres of Tuscany like Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano and Pienza.
